The point of this topic is to say anything you have to Brent and James. They put in a lot of time and effort into this site, and I thought it would be nice if we could comment on how much we appreciate them... Personally, I think both are AMAZING. I had to write an acceptance speech, and the one I wrote sounded horrible. I asked for help and Brent read and revised it for me - it was awesome! (I still have it. If anyone needs help on that front send me a message, so you can use it as a template, more or less.) Everyone was surprised - "A stranger on the Internet fixed it up for you? AND made it sound like that? WOW!" They always comment on these forums and help out anyone who asks. They offer advice and give up their time for us. Considering what they have accomplished, these two guys deserve all the praise in the world. They are truly considerate and sincere towards others, causing this site - and them - to be like no other. Sometimes, I think we all take advantage of what they have to offer. They are so integrated into the system that although they may actually be helping us out, we do not realize it. For example, all the upgrades they make to the system take time and calculations and actual thinking! It just shows they did not throw this together and still care for it. Thank you guys. Your advice, hard work, commitment, and true care for us have not gone unnoticed.

Aw, it's sweet of you to post this; I agree, Brent and James have done a great job on this site, and I especially appreciate that they actually respond to posts and threads and whatnot. It's good to know that they care enough to remain active on the site, instead of coding it and then ditching, which would make me sad. The site itself is not only a great resource (with the essay editing and all), but also is helpful in that it gives concrete numbers for chances. I don't even care how accurate those numbers are, it's reassuring to have a tangible representation of your chances, rather than just an abstract idea of it. Might sound weird coming from me, because all of my chances are like below 50 haha, but they're still better than I was imagining, and that makes me feel better :D Uh so basically what I was trying to get across in that long and disjointed ramble is THANKS BRENT AND JAMES c:

I asked for help and Brent read and revised it for me - it was awesome! I think you're just special. Kidding. :] It's a great service built on a pretty powerful idea; I really look forward to being a part of the community as the site develops into the future. I'm pretty sure they don't get paid for this- which is quite amazing. Sincerely, KlaftenZhaange

I do not give 10%-90% ratings- what does it really tell you if I say you have a 30% chance of getting in? Either I think you're leaning towards not making it, or leaning towards making it. I'm biased against admissions, usually. Don't take anything I say personally.
