Wolfram Alpha is now live to the public; they quietly decided, ‘F*ck it, we’ll do it live’ last night. After very basic testing, I will say that this is a very nice math tool to have at your fingertips. It does a great job of graphically displaying weather and other data that has ‘time’ as a variable. When it has no idea what you’re talking about, it will straight-up tell you that (I typed in mychances.net and it confessed it didn’t know what to do.)
In short, I wish I had this back when I still had math homework…
